Calling all ONE PIECE fans! For the first time ever, the official ONE PIECE orchestra concert is coming to the United States. The concert has received critical acclaim in both Europe and Asia, with fans and critics alike raving about the event. Now, it’s set to debut in the US on July 5th, 2023, at the Morton H. Meyerson Symphony in Dallas, TX. The ONE PIECE orchestra concert will also make a stop on the west coast on July 15th, 2023, at the world-famous Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, CA.
The concert features a full orchestra of over 50 musicians on stage performing live alongside a huge projection screen showing videos of Luffy and his crew on their latest adventures! For any fans who have not experienced a show accompanied by live instrumentation, this is an opportunity to enjoy something they love in a new way. The combination of live music and HD visuals bring the action and emotion of these adventures to life.
The Los Angeles show on July 15th will feature special guest appearances by renowned composer Kohei Tanaka, and singer Hiroshi Kitadani (We Are!, We Go!, OVER THE TOP). The guests will be performing live with the orchestra, and attendees who purchase VIP tickets can get some facetime with Kohei Tanaka in a meet and greet opportunity.
The show itself begins at the end of Dressrosa, and from there will retell some of the moments from Whole Cake Island, Zou, and most of the Wano story arcs. The ONE PIECE Music Symphony is the only official concert series dedicated to the adventures of ONE PIECE.
The ONE PIECE Music Symphony will cover the most famous music from the TV series: We Are!, Sai Sai Saikyo!!!, Oitsumerareta, Binks no Sake, Unan to Ghanzho, Ougon to Oden, Katayoku no Taka, and a lot more. This event is designed to entertain fans of all ages and serves as an introduction to the instrumentation of live orchestral music. The show highlights how essential the music of a show like ONE PIECE is to the viewing experience, providing depth to the emotional highs and lows of the story.
