GPU-Z software updated with GeForce RTX 4070 and RTX 40 mobile support

GPU-Z now supports NVIDIA RTX 4070/40 Mobile SKUs The long-awaited update to GPU-Z has finally arrived.  The 2.53.0 is the first update for the most popular GPU software since December.
