Cowboy Bebop will be 25 years old this April, which means if you watched it when it came out, you’re also old. Sorry, that’s just math. But not all hope is lost, because you can pick up two new editions of Cowboy Bebop: The Complete Series to celebrate the quarter century anniversary. The two Blu-ray sets are a special edition and a pricier limited edition that comes with more stuff. Both release April 4 and are available to preorder now. Let’s dive in below.
Preorder Cowboy Bebop 25th Anniversary Editions
This beloved space western is one of the most beloved anime of all time — and for good reason: it rocks. It’s about a group of space-faring friends in the year 2071 who team up to bring intergalactic fugitives to justice, all in the name of earning a buck.
Both the special edition and limited edition include all 26 episodes of the show, plus over four hours of special features. These include retrospectives, interviews with the creatives, and more. You can find a detailed list below.
The limited edition comes in a metallic collector’s box and includes five art cards featuring the characters from the show. You can even swap the cards into the front of the box to change the cover. It’s a cool idea and a great looking set.
