RTX 3080 Ti video cards have gone down steeply in price on eBay. Traditionally, they have sold for over $2K from scalpers. A quick check on eBay shows that the most recently sold RTX 3080 Ti listings have been around $1550-$1600 for new, and even less for preowned. Amazon's price today is still a bit cheaper, and of course you have the security of buying directly from Amazon instead of a random eBay seller.
